Cinco de Mayo
The Cinco de Mayo celebration was held on the 5th of May at the school. Students in each class learned about the events in Mexico related to Cinco de Mayo. The 'Mariachi Rioverde' band performed for the school. View the Pictures
Music Tech Ensemble
The Music Tech Ensemble at Central Park School performed for the annual All City Band Evaluation on April 30, 2009 at the school. The students received a Superior Rating. School Math Derby

S.A.T.10 / A.R.M.T. Pep Rally
The annual SAT10 / ARMT Pep Rally was held on March 27, 2009 in the gym. Students in the 3rd through 5th grades were treated to a program with class cheers, steppers, dancers, basketball games and more to get them excited about taking the tests. Good luck to all of our students! View the Pictures
PTA King and Queen Contest
The PTA King and Queen Program was held on March 5, 2009 at the school. King Z. Harris and Queen M. Phelps were the top winners in the contest. Thank you to all of the students and parents for your hard work in helping the PTA fund-raiser to be a success! View the Pictures
Black History Program
The annual Black History Program was held on February 26, 2009 at the school. Students in each grade participated in the program, directed by Ms. S. Smith. The theme for the program was "A Colorful Change: A Culture In Transition." View the Pictures
